1. Age Restriction

Luxor Shisha Club is strictly an adults-only establishment. Consumption of shisha and entry to the premises is strictly prohibited for individuals under the age of 18.

We reserve the right to request valid photo identification (ID, Passport, or Driver's License) from any guest to verify their age. Failure to provide such identification will result in refusal of service and entry.

2. Use of Shisha & Health Disclaimer

By using our services and consuming shisha products, the customer acknowledges and accepts that:

• Shisha smoking carries health risks similar to cigarette smoking.
• The customer consumes these products entirely at their own risk and responsibility.
• Luxor Shisha Club, its owners, and staff are not liable for any health issues, respiratory conditions, or other adverse effects resulting from the consumption of our products.

3. Admission Policy

Management reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone who:

• Behaves in an aggressive or disorderly manner.
• Is under the influence of excessive alcohol or drugs.
• Fails to comply with the dress code (Smart/Casual).

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
